An Integrated Approach

Mind

Most of us can relate to unhelpful thinking styles that keep us stuck and effect our happiness and ability to reach our goals. We also often have beliefs about ourselves, others, and our world that are no longer serving us. We will practice a variety of cognitive techniques to change and rebuild these thoughts and beliefs.

Body

Emotions and events are experienced in the body. Trauma responses are activated in our body. Physical health and mental health are deeply intertwined. We focus on somatic experiences and strategies that invoke grounding, presence, and healing to recreate our bodies as a safe space and a vessel for health and healing.

Spirit

Spirit can be defined as the non-physical part of us that contains our character and feelings. When we focus on spirit, we are focusing on purpose, values, and goals to support living your unique life with intention.
